To The Beautiful Ladies of Theta Phi Alpha

This one goes out to all my lovely, beautiful Theta Phi Alpha's.
As today, we celebrated their Founder's Day.

There are truly an unlimited amount of things I could say about these girls; this organization. Now, everyone knows I'm absolutely in-love with Greek Life, and #always will be; and I support all Greeks, but these girls have earned a special place in my heart. Not for just one reason or another, but for a multitude of reasons. I have known a Theta Phi ever since I joined college, as one being my Orientation Leader; and ever since then, you could #always find me where a Theta Phi was - and for good reason. I'll #always have a smile on my face, a positive attitude, and the happiest outlook on life whenever I'm with just one of them.

These girls have accepted the crazy and overly happy guy that I am, and have thrown it right back at me. Each of them adds an incredible dynamic to my life, and there is never a dull-moment in sight. There are the down-to-earth Theta Phi's, the down-right crazy ones, the incredibly stubborn, the sexy awkward, the proud nerds, the ones that will tell you how it is, and the ones that are just plain silly; but all of them are brilliant, beautiful, happy, & the best of friends you will ever have in your life. I would never change any of them for the world. I have met some of my very best friends, the friends that I have cupcake fights with within the first 5 minutes of seeing them, and the ones that will have me laughing so hard that I'll be crying and my abs will hurt.

As a whole, you will never see a more ecstatic group of people. They have donated to countless charities, done hundreds of hours of community service, done fundraisers that have raised thousands of dollars in a single day, and have spent an enormous amount of time in the library putting in work towards their academics. It's clear as to why they constantly have the highest GPA on campus. You'll always see them showing support in one direction or another, rather it's for another Greek organization or for their national philanthropies (Glenmary Home Missioners & The House That Theta Phi Built)  - it's inspirational really.
I have had the most amazing memories with these beautiful ladies, and each one brings me closer to them as a group. You can tell me a name, and I can tell you a memory I've had with them. More than likely, I have a picture with them too. Even though, when there's two or more of them together with me, there's a 110% chance I'll be getting picked on - of which I call the 'trifecta'. But I know they pick on me, because they love me, or at least that's what I'm going to say. They've even gave me the honor of being titled with "Mr. Theta Phi Alpha" for two years running, and I've never felt so honored or happy to have this title. Rather if it's last-minute adventures, lunch at Cafe Rhema, dinner at Blackstone's, birthday parties at Bar Louie or Blackrock, yoga in Ann Arbor, snowboarding at Mt. Holly, Art Walk on Friday nights, doing sexy Zumba, or rockin' it at Relay for Life, they are always a good time.

I can tell you their Founding date (Ann Arbor, August 30th, 1912), their motto (Ever loyal, ever lasting), their flower (the White Rose), their colors (Silver, Gold, & Blue), and even each of the girls' names. I've taken the time to know these things, because these girls mean a lot to me. They have done a lot for me, and I will #always do everything I can for them.

Today we celebrated their Founder's Day, and it was fan-tastical to the fullest. It was great to see all of them in one place (which never happens), and their National Council even came, which put a nice spin on things. We had a great dinner, conversed with each other, went through all of their ceremonies, and gave out awards. The ceremonies were really cool to see, because I love my own fraternities ritual, so seeing theirs for the first time was pretty cool. They had their Founder's Day open (which means people besides sisters could come) for the first time in like, 5 or 6 years, so I felt really special to be there for it. All the sisters that got awards, definitely deserved every bit of it. I loved seeing how happy they were to get them and you could tell it meant a lot to them. A special treat was having their National Council be there as well. They are a group of headstrong, but very lovable ladies. They are such a great time, and I felt that, after only a few minutes, and a few photo-bombs I gave them. I hope that our paths will cross again. We finished the day by taking pictures, laughing, and finally, cleaning up. All in all, we all laughed, girls got awards that very much deserved it, and more memories were made - thus, it hath been a good day.

Whenever I get a chance, I jump at the opportunity to show my love. I will endlessly support these girls. They are a huge part of my life, and everyone that knows me, knows that fact - it's not a secret that I love these girls (especially after this post). They all know that I will #always do everything I can to make them happy. This isn't because I"m desperate for friends or for love, but because they deserve it. There is no amount of words in this world that could say how much these girls mean to me & how much I adore them. I pray for the individual that decides to be unkind or hurtful towards them while I'm around.

I will continue to cherish the memories we make,
treasure the happiness, & remember why I fell in-love with this group of girls.

Live free. Be kind.
Stay loyal. Smile often.
#Always
